The ordering process and phone contact was excellent.The goods are very good,and comfortable.The delivery and put together service was just ok.They arrived much earlier than had been told,as this was a early apt booked and the elderly people were sleeping in that room prior to the new bed arrival we needed the time to get them up and clear the room.Also although they put the beds up they were unable to tell us/demonstrate how they worked!!
