“After many hard years of use, my Garrett detector handle and arm rest snapped in two. I phoned Regton, and after being passed around a few times (5) I eventually spoke to someone who knew exactly what was required, located and reserved the part and was able to give me an exact quote including labour and carriage costs. My detector was repaired and back with me in time to use it the next weekend. So apart from the initial confusion I think I had pretty outstanding service, from polite and knowledgeable staff.”
