“Hi, I recently bought a tumble polisher from you and it arrived with all the silver shot loose in the box as it’s bag had split. Some of the shot was inside the motor. I think I have shaken it all out but haven’t tried the unit yet. I obviously don’t want to damage it.”

“I’m really happy that I chose to buy an XP ORX from Regton, having Dyslexia I was really struggling to understand the online buying process but a quick phone call to Regtons helped me to understand what I was doing wrong.
