“Excellent service both in-store and on-line, or on the 'phone. I bought a new coil in person and the guy serving was helpful and quick, no messing. And I've just received the latest in a long history of goods ordered on-line or over the 'phone. They always answer quickly on the 'phone too. Again excellent, very efficient, and the goods have always arrived the day after delivery.”
