“Had an issues ordering online using Regtons website. After messaging the company and explaining the issue the small items were posted to me with no postage fee. Items were replacement headphone earcups which arrived promptly and were exactly what I asked for. Very good customer service but the website ordering system needs a little improvement.”

“Just purchased a Deus 11 coil through the post, from Regton. During the conversation that took place through my phone conversation I mentioned that I was a little concerned regarding the pairing of the new coil.. That's no problem came the reply, when you are ready to do it, get on the phone and we will talk you through it. Could not have had better service.”

“As ever, Regton's customer service was second to none. The guy who answered the phone and took my order was very helpful, efficient and extremely knowledgeable: he even knew the correct price of the item. I ordered it mid-afternoon and it arrived by special delivery the next day, free of P&P. Fantastic service and highly recommended, I don't buy detecting equipment from anyone else! Andy, Glos.”

“The first time I got in contact with REGTON was back in December 9th 2021 and I bought a Garrett ACE 400i from my son for Christmas that year , in 2022 I bought my self a second hand Garrett at max of some one ,and now me and my son have been buying equipment from REGTON ever since, my recent purchases was a nel thunder coil for the AT MAX and two Garrett lower stems too ,the company is always there to help and support your needs and you may get some discount too which in my experience is always welcome, so you see this is why I choose to buy from REGTON LTD ,and we will continue to do so.”

Hello Julian, We are sorry for the delay in your book delivery. I can see the order was placed after we had closed on the 28 December and would not of been despatched until the next day by royal mail. All orders were completed and despatched on the 29, as we had an early collection being the last one before the New Year. This festive period I am sorry to say does slow delivery down for all. Being a hard back book and with its size there are minimum charges by Royal mail for this size of item . We endever to keep postage cost to a minimum at all times.
