“Order cancelled without notice – poor communication and customer service I placed an order worth over £300 for a Nokta Simplex Ultra Beginner Pack through Regton’s website. The next day, I had to call them to find out it had been cancelled — there was no email, no call, and no notification at all. Their online chat was unresponsive, and when I finally reached someone by phone, there was no real apology or explanation. I’m still waiting for my refund. I was genuinely shocked by how poor the communication and customer service were in this case. For a specialist retailer in this hobby, this level of service is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from Regton again, and I strongly suggest other buyers proceed with caution before placing an order.”
