Hello Edward. I can see from our records you have broken one each year you ave had your detector and we have in fact replaced one Free of charge for you. It is the incorrect method of removal that breaks the stem mount. If you would like. I can discuss the correct method to prevent you breaking the stem mount - Marcus

“I’ve used this company for a number of purchases over the years and customer service has always been excellent but this week they have surpassed themselves with a repair. Lovely folk to deal with and high standards of proper old fashioned customer care which is difficult to find now. Customer for life or as long as my wee detecting legs can keep going.”

“Very happy with the purchase of a new detector and pinpointer from Regton. The online transaction was smooth and easy and the goods received very quickly. A 10% discount on the total sale made it the most competitive retailer. Everything was well packaged and in perfect working order. A small piece missong from the pinpointer was dealt with quickly and courteously over the phone and I received it in the post the following day. Highly recommended.”
