“I am a serious detectorist with years of experience in the hobby and have dealt with Regton Ltd many times; I can't recommend them highly enough. Their passion for metal detecting is unmatched in the industry and their willingness to help with any/every enquiry makes them a real pleasure to deal with. Whether you're calling about buying a metal detector for the first time, or if you want to upgrade and can't decide which model to go with, you'll get the best advice from the Regton team. They stock a huge range of metal detectors, detector accessories and clothing, and their specialist book store is well worth a visit both in person and on-line. Regton also maintain their website to a high standard and regularly advertise offers. On-line and telephone orders are almost always despatched next day delivery, and at the time of this review, orders over £50 receive free postage. You won't find many people better equipped or more enthusiastic about the hooby of metal detecting. This is an honest family business who employ knowledgeable friendly staff; if I could give them 10 stars I would!”

“The quality of the products you sell are the responsibility of the relative manufacturers, the quality of the people you employ is a reflection of the culture of your business. All my interactions with Regton over the the years have been digital and met my expectations completely. I live in South Africa and on my visits to family always stock up with the items I need. This time I had cause to phone you and Louisa dealt with my query. What an asset to your company she is. Courteous, empathetic and precise, all with a buoyancy to her voice that simply made my day more valuable . If this is indicative of the rest of your staff then we'll done. If she is a shining light amongst them then I'd suggest you ask them to mirror her manner, your customers and your bottom line will thank you. Dziękuję Louisa... you were a joy to deal with. Hello Edward. I can see from our records you have broken one each year you ave had your detector and we have in fact replaced one Free of charge for you. It is the incorrect method of removal that breaks the stem mount. If you would like. I can discuss the correct method to prevent you breaking the stem mount - Marcus
