“Have been putting off this purchase in favour of using a short spade - so glad I made the purchase now - amazing bit of kit. It makes digging a precise plug so much easier and neater even in the toughest earth. Tip to other buyers - don’t make the same mistake as me, I forgot to get my 10% discount fof club membership 🙄”

“Sent an item back for repair under the warranty. The item was posted to them on the Monday and I received it back on the Thursday of the same week. The service I received from Regton was brilliant as usual. They resolved the issue quickly and efficiently and advised me as to the outcome. The people I spoke to on the phone were always courteous and helpful. As usual, first class service.”

Hello Anonymous, I can see you sent us a return request & our reply was that you can indeed return the item as long as it's not used, & in original condition, including packaging. We heard/received nothing from you after that.
