Hello Anonymous, I can see you sent us a return request & our reply was that you can indeed return the item as long as it's not used, & in original condition, including packaging. We heard/received nothing from you after that.

“I asked Regtons when the Legend propack would be back in stock, they gave me a date and I waited. The stock came in earlier than expected and, to ensure I didn't miss it they phoned me but couldn't get an answer so they emailed me and messaged me. Great service. I ordered on Friday and they promised delivery on Monday. It was delivered on Saturday, again great service. Not the first time I have ordered from Regtons and definitely won't be the last. At all points the staff are helpful friendly and gave good advice. I can, and do, recommend Regtons for all your detecting needs.”

“Goods delivered next day as stated, well wrapped to avoid disclosure of contents - well thought. Blip with instruction manual in Spanish but rectified the following day. Extremely courteous over the phone and very helpful to resolving a newbies queries. All round excellent customer service.”

“I love dealing with Regton, they are always happy to help and go above and beyond to assist you. I had a problem with my xp coil and they sorted me a new one with no issues. I have been detecting since 1986 and most of that time have gone to Nigel and Markus for my needs and will continue dealing with Regton's for my metal detecting needs.”

“Do deus 2 purchased last week. Had put myself on the pre order list only the week before. Have used the 0% HP scheme to pay for the machine over 6 months. Great service from Regtons as usual. Would not even consider using another supplier for any of my metal detecting accessories. A*** service!!!!”
