“What can I say, I order what I need and then about two days later it arrives on my doorstep. I am notified when it is dispatched and roughly when I can expect it. As refills last as long as original canon ones but are alot cheaper I don't have much to complain about.”

“Received excellent service. The ink cartridge arrived next day in the post. I was apprehensive as in the past I have ordered printer cartridge from other places which did not work (printer not recognising). However, when inserted into the printer, the cartridge worked without any problems.”
