“Excellent experience overall. The cartridges arrived promptly, sooner than expected in fact. I had an issue getting the remanufactured cartridges to work in my HP printer, as I had inadvertently allowed an update that barred non-original HP cartridges. I phoned Refresh Cartridges and they promptly sent me, as an e-mail attachment, an executable file to downgrade the printer again. This worked well. Needless to say, the price is also competitive!”
