“REFRESH CARTRIDGES SDLD ME USELESS BROTHER REPLACEMENT COLOUR CARTRIDGES ON 27TH MAY COSTING £89.70 TODAY 21ST JUNE THEY WILL NOT PRINT I CONTACTED A WOMAN ON THEIR PHONE WHO WAS OFFENSIVE AND I HAD TO PUT THE PHONE DOWN I HAVE NOW CONTACTED MY BANK WHO WILL DO A CHARGE BACK IN 15 DAUSD”
