“The online site is very comprehensive and easy to use. I have used it for more years than I care to remember, and newver had a problem. These people are on top of the their game Very good value for money, plenty of choice, and last week, my toner cartridge which I ordered in the afternoon, was on my door step the following morning. It really doesd not get any better than this.”

“They always have what I want in stock and delivery is usually next day. On the odd occasion a printer cartridge has not worked properly they have replaced it promptly with no fuss”

“Cartridges delivered next day as usual, and are to the normal high standard I would expect from Refresh. There were problems with the delivery, but this was due to the carrier not providing any information as to when they intended to deliver it. Refresh passed it to the carrier on time for next day delivery, and sorted out the problem when I contacted them, so I would not penalise them for the failure of the carrier.”

“This is the second time I have purchased replacement ink cartridges from Refresh, and they have produced the goods on both occasions. No problem with my Canon printer accepting these cartridges, and they are on a par with the original. I recommend these inks especially for value and quality prints.”
