“I haven't used the cartridges yet so can't review the product. Ordering was easy and delivery was next day as promised. A bit disappointed with Royal Mail as the parcel and one of the cartridge boxes had been opened before I received it although everything seems OK”

“I have used compatible Refresh toner cartridges for a Samsung laser printer for a while after another supplier's ones refused to go beyond 80%. I have been pleased with the Refresh ones as well as a replacement drum.”

“Not an official Epson product, but does the job just fine. There was a crushed tube of sweets in the package, but I'm on a diet so didn't eat them!”

“The first cartridge delivered did would not print anything at all. After contacting the REFRESH helpdesk a replacement cartridge was sent the following day and this item printed successfully. Despite this minor inconvenience, I am happy with the service I received.”

“I haven't tried your inks yet; but they come recommended by a reliable source. I am impressed that I found a video on youtube that solved my printer problem - ink absorber pad 'error 46 unable to clean' on my DCP-197C inkjet printer. Following the video I was able to reset the purge counter; and the printer is now working normally. It seems that refresh offer much more than ink supplies.”
