“Brilliant advice, above what might be expected, and service. Cannot be faulted. My only disappointment was to discover that the cartridge is not only made, but refilled, too, in China. And it was in its own plastic packaging while already having been taped over. Why refill at all if not to fulfill green objectives?”

“Thank you for delivering my order very quickly. However I thought you should know that on top of the £11 delivery charge to send to my home in France I also had to pay duty of 6 euros to La Poste before they would deliver it. On top of your increased postal charges this means that you are no longer as competitive as you used to be. Probably all because of Brexit but it will be a consideration in future.”
