“Fast delivery”

“This is my second order of full set of replacement cartridges. Great price and service from Refresh Cartridges - and fast delivery. Only issue is that the last replacements worked very well and straight away - this time my Epson kept rejecting the cartridges... and not just the usual message: 'it appears you are not using original Epson cartridges' etc., but repeatedly not accepting there was a cartridge there at all. Had to re-load and clean heads (using loads of ink) many times before they were accepted and nozzles working properly. Not sure if the quality may have changed? Still very good value though.”

“Very quick delivery and good prices as expected from Refresh. Not used the cartridges yet but not anticipting any issuesas quality has always been excellent. However, cartidges have always been delivered in individual cardboard boxes making them easy to store and find on a shelf. The latest batch came in plastic pouches, which is much less convenient, more difficult to store and I suspect less environmentally friendly. A retrograde step and quite disappointing.”

“Ease of ordering on line, value for money, quick delivery. Only negative is I live in Ireland and hence slight delay and extra cost having to pat VAT and service charge. Many other online sites either prepay these costs of have another way of avoiding them.”

“My only mild irritation is tha\t I cannot identify the colour of the contents of the box without opening the box. I know the box has a coloured dot to indicate the colour of the ink it contains but I am colour blind and cannot identify the colour of the dot.”

“I've been buying from Refresh cartridges for a number of years now. Generally great, although I did have one black ink was a little tempermental and for about 4/5 goes I had to keep initialising it, as saying cartridge not recognised. But this hasn't put me off and I just put about my 6th order through a few days ago. On the whole they are excellent. So I do recommend them, normlly 5 star but down to 4 due to the one dodgy cartridge.”

“The product is fine as always. The packaging was terrible and the box was open on delivery. The courier admin had not recorded the correct address but did eventually establish contact with me and delivered it. The driver was lovely but rightfully anxious about the box. I think it was a third party source as it certainly wasn’t up to the usual Refresh standard.”

“I calculated that I printed 140 full A4 sheets (not the 5% or 2lines of type) statistic for the last cartridge, so I bought the same again. It calculates as only 6p a page (£8.47 cartridge) with the last Black 'HP' remanufactured ink cartridge.”
