“Ordered a black ink remanufactured cartridge (PG540 XL) for my Canon Pixma MX475. Unfortunately the first cartridge supplied had nozzle issues (print gaps). Refresh apologised and sent me a replacement, but this too had similar problems and so I decided to buy an original cartridge through Refresh which worked fine. Refresh staff were very helpful during this process, but this is the second time in 2 years I've received remanufactured cartridges from Refresh that have not worked properly. I get it that these cartridges are being recycled and they are £10 cheaper than the originals, but if they don't work they aren't worth the hassle. Refresh said my experience was unusual, so who knows, but I'm done with buying remanufactured cartridges irrespective of the cost saving and customer service behind them.”

“Excellent price, service and fast delivery. I particularly liked the presentation of each cartridge within its separate box. Gave a feeling of value. However, as I have not had a chance to use the cartridges yet, I can only give 4-stars. I have a feeling I am heading towards giving a 5-star.”

“They processed the order and sent the stuff rapidly and protected, no issues at all. I find their site rubbish in general, things like comparisons would be useful, perhaps pictures with indications of the size of things you are purchasing, etc. but overall, a good experience.”
