“Despite the warnings about Cannon printers rejecting non-genuine cartridges, the Refresh ones always work immediately in my Pixma. My only gripe is that the coloured inks are not quite as bright as the Cannon branded ones.”

“Good inks, barely notice the difference to genuine ink, even in glossy photos. A could did leak within the printer but not excessively. I like how I can personalise my order to suit the colours I need rather than one of each. Fast delivery too.”

“Quick delivery and just what I wanted. I am ordering more. Unfortunately delivered to the wrong building so a bit of a struggle to move very heavy paper to where it was needed.”

“All good, almost! Why the rigid plastic cap and packaging? Your customers, I bet, want to reduce plastic waste. Another re-filler I have used just put it into a bag and sealed it with tape. There was some plastic but much less.”

“WE bought the economy collection of cartridges, which works out cheaper. I replaced the Cyan cartridge. At first it fuzzed up all the colours, then we did something, cleaned the head, and it settled down. I will keep an eye on the other ones when I replace them. Usually they work fine in our Epson printer although we always get this warning message but we can bypass that. Good so far.”

“Everything's good: service, prices, delivery. There's a problem I have trying to use PayPal: the transaction goes through but there's no confirmation, so you don't know. I end up placing multiple orders then having to get refunded. They're very good about doing that, but it's a problem I've encountered more than once.”

“Refresh is a helpful company to deal with in terms of advice and range of printing products. Goods are quickly despatched. I have used Refresh compatible cartridges for Epson inkjet XP-6105 in recent years for printing photographs and the results have been excellent for colour. I have noticed that recent photo prints, mounted on a wall, have faded while older ones have not. I have therefore bought (from Refresh) some more expensive Epson cartridges so as to test the results in the same conditions. Refresh has suggested that all pigments are essentially the same and should perform equally well. I await results.”

“I have only installed the black at the moment, and find the print very satisfactory. Delivery has taken longer than normal but might be a problem due to the bank holiday, it has been in the past an amazing next day delivery. It helps me as I always leave things to the last moment! Would definitely use them again.”

“Very efficient service but the leaflet accompanying the cartridges needs to be revised as the translation is not as clear as it might be. Also I was under the impression that you refilled the cartridges yourself and not imported them fro China”
