“Thank you for delivering my order very quickly. However I thought you should know that on top of the £11 delivery charge to send to my home in France I also had to pay duty of 6 euros to La Poste before they would deliver it. On top of your increased postal charges this means that you are no longer as competitive as you used to be. Probably all because of Brexit but it will be a consideration in future.”

“I haven't used the cartridges yet so can't review the product. Ordering was easy and delivery was next day as promised. A bit disappointed with Royal Mail as the parcel and one of the cartridge boxes had been opened before I received it although everything seems OK”

“I have used compatible Refresh toner cartridges for a Samsung laser printer for a while after another supplier's ones refused to go beyond 80%. I have been pleased with the Refresh ones as well as a replacement drum.”

“Not an official Epson product, but does the job just fine. There was a crushed tube of sweets in the package, but I'm on a diet so didn't eat them!”

“The first cartridge delivered did would not print anything at all. After contacting the REFRESH helpdesk a replacement cartridge was sent the following day and this item printed successfully. Despite this minor inconvenience, I am happy with the service I received.”
