“The cartridges I have just received are for a new printer so they have not been used yet. I ordered them because I have used Refresh Cartridges for my old printer for a few years without any problems. I have always found the quality, delivery and cost to be very good. I see no reason not to expect this service to remain the same. If I had used the cartridges I would have expected to give 5 stars”

“The Brother compatible cartridges are excellent value for money and work perfectly well for me. The flexible multi-buy option is also very good as not all colours get used equally. I am only disappointed that the recycling option for used cartridges is not available at the moment, and hope you are able to reinstate this soon.”

“I have used Refresh Cartridges for sometime now and generally have found them excellent. Most recent purchase I was sent an incorrect ink cartridge which was disappointing, however on advising the company of the error an attempt to sort it was made very quickly. Unfortunately the company have been let down themselves by the delivery company DPD who have lost one shipment and delayed the replacement. Have eventually got the cartridge I ordered albeit a week later than wanted. Refresh made a minor error which is understandable and wont stop me using them however it was compounded by the delivery company.”

“I bought a set of two recycled HP cartridges and they arrived very promptly, within 48 hours. I think the quality of print is acceptable, not perfect, but the cost differential compared to HP original cartridges is so huge, that I am quite satisfied. I have used Refresh cartridges before and will use them again.”

“Good quality HP 920 cartridges with better capacity than HP's own. Thought I had ordered a full set plus a customised mix of cartridges. But got two full sets! Not sure if it was my mistake or a quirk in the iwebsite. No disaster though. Feel guilty that I cannot recycle the used ones. Most cartridge supply companies aren't interested in recycling. Must be uneconomic to do so! But I still feel it is wasteful to just bin them. I have tried to refill with ink. It works with black but often is problematic with colours.”
