“Super price, quick delivery - Not yet installed cartridge”

“I have only installed the black at the moment, and find the print very satisfactory. Delivery has taken longer than normal but might be a problem due to the bank holiday, it has been in the past an amazing next day delivery. It helps me as I always leave things to the last moment! Would definitely use them again.”

“Very efficient service but the leaflet accompanying the cartridges needs to be revised as the translation is not as clear as it might be. Also I was under the impression that you refilled the cartridges yourself and not imported them fro China”

“I placed the order in the afternoon and the pack of 3 refill cartridges arrived on my doorstep the next morning. I haven't used them yet because I'm still using the previous ones from the last order. The only issue I have is that my HP printer doesn't tell me how full these cartridges are (unlike the HP originals).”

“i recently purchased 3 x 302xl colour cartridges as i use quite a bit for printing full colour journal pages double sided for various themed journals, they have been of consistent quality in this time and have lasted quite well. the 1st replacement i used didn’t seem to last too long but when i went back and counted the a4 pages i had printed double sided on 120gm and some 180 gms photo quality paper it wasn’t a bad count …16 sheets double sided and 8 single sided…fully covering the a4pages so although i’ve still got other things to do these pages then i was reasonably happy, tho better planning would keep the costs down”

“This request is far too early as I haven't started using the new cartidges yet! I repeat buying them because the colours are good with my Epson XP-55, they are reliable with very few leaks and blots, and the price is good.”

“Generally I have found the cartridges I have used are better than the original Samsung ones. They start to 'fade out' when the SyncThru monitoring says I am approaching 10% but as they are also great value compared to Samsung this is not an issue.”

“Really fast shipping. Not the cheapest but seems quality ink. One thing ... the cartridges are supplied in a completely unbranded box with no indication of manufacturer and ink quantity apart from XL. This does not inspire confidence. The confidence comes from using Refresh over a number of years and having no problems. Previous purchase had more information including "formulated in USA" and "18ml"”

“I had problems with the cartridges I received, but Refresh were very quick to replace them and the replacement I am using is working fine. Both deliveries were next day. First by Royal Mail, the second by DHL.”
