“With a good website it was easy to oder the ink cartridges I needed for my Canon printer. Delevery was about 40 hours and simply packaged, Always a good reliable service.”

“I wouldn't go anywhere else for my printer supplies. Not only are the prices better than most other suppliers but the service is 100%. Ordered one day and delivered the next. Saved myself over £100 for a pack of two Xerox WorkCentre 3225 Cartridges compared to Xerox original Cartridges. Very happy Customer thank you. I raised a query on my printer and received a response in one hour.”

“So far price and prompt delivery have been good. I cannot comment on the cartridges themselves yet as they are waiting to be utilised when my current ones expire which could be weeks into the future. I will review then. My only concern is the response if there are any problems with cart's after an extended period of time re customer services.”

“A third party cartridge that suddenly stopped being recognised was replaced free of charge without any fuss once I had carried out some simple troubleshooting as requested. That's how to encourage repeat business and recommendations. Top marks!”

“Recieved my order for my laser printer, it did not arrive in the usual time frame which was normally quite fast. it was a large order for my Brother colour laser printer. Have ordered ordinary catridges and toners for my other mono laser machine over many years and they always came the following day. I was expecting the same to happen with this latest order?. I actually stayed in 2 days awaiting for this, I rang up and was told my order was sent to me by DPD. Nobody knocked at my door or left a card. There was no indication from yourselves on the despatch note that it was being sent by this carrier? Dpd did not have my full address on the parcel lable (see pic) although it was on the dispatch note from yourselves (see pic). Clearly this was an error on your behalf along the way. It would be appreciated if you could give me a credit of some kind? After I rang I was told my parcel was left at my local post office and I picked it up from there.”
