“I placed the order on a Sunday evening and the parcel was very well packaged and was delivered by Royal Mail on the following Tuesday before lunch.Very efficient,and I would have no qualms about recommending the company to anybody.”

“First class service; I've been using Refresh Catridges for a number of years and never once had an issue with them. HP's grossly unfair restrictive practice of making it increasingly more difficult to use 3rd party ink catridges in their printers is the sole reason I will not be buying another HP printer.”

“5 stars for ease of site and delivery. Cost would not qualify for 1 star. Prices are cheapest on the market, however like all sellers of printer ink, it was still disgustingly expensive. Almost exploitative. I have researched and found a couple of sites where it was actually cheaper to buy a new printer, that comes with ink, rather than purchase just ink.”
