“Cartridge didn't work, had to take the chip off my old toner cartridge and put on the new one to get it to work. Not the end of the world. Ok otherwise.”

“Very comprehensive website, although slightly tricky to navigate. Having found the correct inks for my printer, the ordering became very easy. I was amazed when the parcel arrived the following day! Excellent service and would recommend it. Geoff.”

“Ordering was very easy and simple especially being able to click on "re-order what I had last time." Delivery was quick - within 2 days via normal postman - who is therefore familiar with my "safe place" if I am out. I will not be fitting these cartridges for a few weeks so I cannot at this stage review their quality. My problems usually start when my Cannon printer rejects them because they are not genuine Cannon products. I then have to jump through hoops and sometimes confer with Refresh Cartridges to get them to work. Once or twice in the past the printer has rejected one or the other of the pair and reported "empty" !!!! Its a pain.”

“I was concerned that the printer would reject the toner cartridge; but it worked perfectly. It was also much cheaper than the printers own toner. I would recommend this product.”
