“having used the printer twice since purchasing, i have found them to be very good but not tested then for fade in sunlight, so far so good.”

“Good points: My order was out for delivery the following day. Communication was quick and polite. Not so great: Was not advised it was coming via DPD or the tracking number, so I missed two delivery attempts as DPD come at random times of the day. One of the hard drives was dead on arrival, these things happen. I was told I would have to wait for it to go back to the wholesaler and for them to confirm before they would refund/replace. I try and use independent suppliers where I can, but I opted for a refund and got another drive from Amazon in the end because I expected a delay and I needed the drive ASAP for a server rebuild. If I had waited for a replacement, it would have taken over a week from when I reported it. I can't fault the quick and friendly communication though.”

“I've been looking for a lightweight paper to use for making books that showed photos off to their best advantage but it needed to be as thin as possible. This is the cheapest available and i didn't have high hopes - when it arrived and I opened the package the paper was creased in the corner and I didn't have scope to trim. I was pleasantly surprised when I contacted the company and they immediately dispatched a replacement and told me to keep the damaged pack to use as scrap. I got on with making the book and the quality of this paper is superb. Not only do the photos come out exceptionally well but the paper can also be sanded to a lovely smooth edge finish for a professional look. (This is useful info for bookbinders!) It's so good I've reordered a larger amount and this will now be my go to for making drum leaf bindings.”

“Great company I have used for years and the service is as good now as ever it was! I live on the other side of the country and the cartridges always seem to arrive within 2 day. I was in business when I first started using Refresh and used their cartridges for trade proofing (using 3rd party profiles), now I have retired so don't print anywhere near as much but their quality continues to be first class. Thoroughly recommend this small but excellent modern company and their old fashioned service.”
