“I bought these cartridges a few days ago and I could not get them to work. It was showing up on my printer as empty. I spent hrs trying to problem solve my printer. I phoned the company to try to resolve the issue. Itried cleaning the cartridge, cleaning the connection board, setting on wet kitchen roll, disconnecting the printer and leaving for a while and truning on again. In the end I had to open all three of my cartridges and I got the final one working. I am very disappointed. Please could you send me replacements”

“I haven't used these yet, but as Which? recommends highly them I'm pretty confident they'll be fine. What I loved when ordering them was being able to choose a package deal of 18 inks where I decided the quantity of each colour in the package. A much more user-friendly, environment-friendly and economical way of buying them. Goodbye to having loads of spare blacks in my inks tin!”

“I have used Refresh cartridges in my Canon Pixma printer for a number of years now and am always pleased with the results they give me. Good quality print has been consistent, in all colours and on plain and photographic paper. Compared to original manufacturer's cartridges, they are excellent value - and Refresh turn orders round within 24 hours. They certainly get my vote.”
