“I've used Refresh for years, since it became more economical to buy a whole new printer rather than replacing genuine inks. Refresh ink cartridges have always worked perfectly well. I got a prompt on my Epson to confirm my use of non-genuine inks, hit OK and all worked well. I was recently given a seco d hand HP printer with some inks in - genuine and non-genuine. Print quality was awful with one colour not working at all. Then, the whole thing refused to work. As it had previously been working I didn't question the inks. I went through the process of cleaning the print head 3 times, all without success. Eventually, as a last ditch effort, I replaced all inks with Refresh compatible ink cartridges. The printer worked straight away, with no issues or misalignment. A couple of print head cleans later and all is good. Refresh are reasonably priced. I get a value pack and customise the colours as required. Clearly, not all compatible cartridges from other suppliers work but Refresh always do. I only use Refresh. In terms of print quality I cannot see a difference compared to genuine inks. Unless you are a printing pro with a magnifying glass out all the time, Refresh cartridges will do just fine. Fast, free delivery too!”

“I've been buying from Refresh cartridges for a number of years now. Generally great, although I did have one black ink was a little tempermental and for about 4/5 goes I had to keep initialising it, as saying cartridge not recognised. But this hasn't put me off and I just put about my 6th order through a few days ago. On the whole they are excellent. So I do recommend them, normlly 5 star but down to 4 due to the one dodgy cartridge.”
