“Ordering was very easy and simple especially being able to click on "re-order what I had last time." Delivery was quick - within 2 days via normal postman - who is therefore familiar with my "safe place" if I am out. I will not be fitting these cartridges for a few weeks so I cannot at this stage review their quality. My problems usually start when my Cannon printer rejects them because they are not genuine Cannon products. I then have to jump through hoops and sometimes confer with Refresh Cartridges to get them to work. Once or twice in the past the printer has rejected one or the other of the pair and reported "empty" !!!! Its a pain.”

“I was concerned that the printer would reject the toner cartridge; but it worked perfectly. It was also much cheaper than the printers own toner. I would recommend this product.”

“Ordered replacement cartridges one day, they arrived next day! When printer would then not work, contacted Refreshcartridges ; they spent much time guiding me through potential remedies. It became clear that there was nothing wrong with the cartridges ( could print OK when usb in use); something else wrong with my system. Refreshcartridges tried time and again to resolve my problem, even though it was nothing to do with the cartridges. Can't speak too highly of their service.”
