“It helps if a supplier sends a VAT invoice, but Refresh Cartridges doesn't seem to have done that, meaning one should not recover the VAT paid.”

“I have been using Refresh over a number of years, I have always have had exceptional prompt service. I use both replacement cartridges and toner ink. Quality wise there fine and Refresh offer great value for mony. I do not have any problems with placing them in my machines.”
