“I am sorry but the Epson Cartridges I bought for my WF 5620 were incompatible. The printer did reject and I went ahead and did press all the buttons to get the system to work. I worked as an engineer in the TV broadcasting all my life so I know exactly what I am doing. My son who is chief engineer for a large American company tried and he too was beaten. I was asked to phone but I felt I had wasted enough time and have just given up.”

“I am a regular customer of Refresh Cartridges and have been for a number of years. Refresh are consistently brilliant in turning round an order (always for my toner cartridges!) and it drops through the letterbox the very next day. You could not ask for any better customer service. Those odd times when I have had a problem, the staff are super in helping me out. Well done Refresh Cartridges!”
