“Ordered a stack of Maxell DVD-R. Disc spindle base broke upon arrival and multiple issues getting discs to burn, resulting in many being thrown away.”

“I have purchased remanufactured cartridges for my Epson printer on three occasions now and have always been extremely pleased with both the quality and the delivery. My most recent order was delivered by Royal Mail the next day and the cartridges are a lot cheaper than the original Epson ones. Will continue to buy from Refresh.”

“I ordered cartridges on the website. They were delivered in about 5 days by UPS. The order arrived correct and in good condition, apart from the wrapping was torn. It looked as though somebody had tried to push the package through our letter box, despite we asked to collect it from Birchy Barton Hill Road Convenience Store, in Exeter. The Birchy Barton female store assistant was less than pleasant. Having searched through a pile of delivered parcels and spent time scanning her phone and shaking her head, and declared that mine was not there, she said “that’s all the EVRI deliveries.” I told her it was UPS NOT EVRI. She proceeded to slag me off for her wasted time, for not telling her UPS at the outset. I said “you did not ask the Deliverer. The only thing you asked for was my NAME”. - she had ignored me, when I offered the tracking and order numbers. She said 95% of deliveries are by EVRI. I told her I dislike EVRI and that she should ask the deliverer first’s in future, to avoid wasting her time And Mine.”
