“Refresh cartridges always work, whereas some others prompt a "cartridge not recognised " notice. The price is very good indeed, compared to the printer manufacturer's own cartridges, and the quality of the print is similarly excellent. Delivery is prompt which is really appreciated. “Cartridge didn't work, had to take the chip off my old toner cartridge and put on the new one to get it to work. Not the end of the world. Ok otherwise.”
