“The only negative comment would be that I had to ring to find out for instructions as to if there was any changes to be made to the cartridges ( ie newish printer)”

“So far, so good! Orink HP 364XL cyan " without chip" not yet used, so small query until I see whether it needs with another chip etc. If it does, I'd have liked a clearer warning.”

“Always incredibly speedy and reliable delivery. Ordering also straightforward. Occasionally the cartridges are not right or damaged though, one was only half full and looked like it leaked on my last order”

“Cartridge difficult to find on a very ordinary website. A long list isn't helpful. However, once found, ordering, payment and delivery was faultless. This is my second Refresh Cartridge and has worked perfectly. Recommended.”
