“Overall, very pleased with prompt processing and delivery of order. But disappointed no response so far to my comment on excessive ink consumption on my Canon printer. No software problems with using Refresh on my Canon printer.”

“Delivery was very fast. In fact compared to another company I ordered from previously, you were miles ahead so thank you for that. I an giving an overall rating of 4 stars particularly for your fast delivery. The packaging was a bit cramped. Eight items cramped in an envelope that did not quite fit. Came in with some of the boxes crashed. Cannot comment on the ink because I have not used them yet.”

“Delivery service means I have to sign for parcels, when not in they are not left and I have to contact DPD and arrange another date, a real pain.”
