“Keen price; delivery good but not quite as fast as website promised. I ordered late on a Thursday & on Friday afternoon had an email saying that the cartridge had been despatched by "Fast, Free Delivery (Royal Mail 24 / Courier)". (I hoped for Saturday but expected Monday delivery.) I phoned on Tuesday morning in case it had gone astray, and was told that the (courier) delivery was tracked and should arrive within the next quarter hour - which it did. [I cannot rate the toner cartridge yet as I ordered it as a back-up, having recently started using its predecessor - also from Refresh and working well so far.]”
