“I POSTED THIS REVIEW as an unhappy customer, however CHRIS at Refresh Cartridges has exceeded my expectations and is now sending me a NEW replacement cartridge THATS EXCELLENT SERVICE Thankyou Chris I was really hoping that this would be a good purchase , it satisfied one criteria , it worked in my Lexmark printer but OH dear the print results were pretty woeful, firstly printing in lines up and down the page with blanks in between the lines, took out the cartridge and gave it a good shaking , found lines reduced but graduated print from the edges of the image to the centre( little Image) and then increasing again to the opposite edge . Cartridge price OK but would not recommend because of the fading over the area of the print.”

“Excellent value for money and fast despatch. Only gave a 4 and this is not refresh cartridges fault, HP Identifies them as as not their own and can be a pain in the arse to make them reset.”

“Cartridge seems to work so far on my HP printer, which hasn't always been the case with third-party products. The delivery took several days (a week from the stated dispatch date) but that's not inconsistent with my general experience of Royal Mail, so apparently not the company's fault.”

“So Far it is ok. I have a problem with the purchase that I have done regarding HP Officejet Pro 8610. After few warnings the printer stop working with an error message " There is a problem with the printer ink system" !!”

“Ordering was straightforward although I had the impression that I had paid for 2 of each cartridge. If you re-examine the wording you may see how there could be some confusion. Delivery was prompt.”

“Good quality ink . Only issue is that the printer ink remaining display, no longer works . I suspect HP want to make life difficult for users of non HP ink.”

“Far too early to judge the cartridges....it'll be a month or 2 before I use them. Usually order when the last one of previous batch is installed. Hope the Which reviews are correct! Impressed with order process and speedy delivery. Thanks”
