“The service was excellent as usual. The only problem was that I was replacing cartridges that were the incorrect ones from a previious delivery when I ordered E2631 ink but received E2431 ones. This was the second time that incorrect cartridges were delivered.”

“quick response to my order with easy to use website. Only issue was that unlike other delivery companies. the Post Office ignored my instructions for delivery if we were out and so had to collect from depot.”

“Refresh 're-manuf' cartridges initially supplied did NOT work in new HP 2620 printer, despite your assurance that they would. Genuine HP carts are fine, so I seek an assurance that 'Refresh' carts will work before attempting further purchase. Please supply further reassurance. This time, HP goods were supplied swiftly and as requested. Friendly and helpful telephone sales folk.”

“I ordered these cartridges because of the excellent review by Which? magazine. The response and speed of delivery could not have been better and the only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I order ink before I run out of it so, a week later, I've not yet needed to use any of the product.”

“This order was necessitated because my Canon MX535 refused to accept my previous Refresh remanufactured cartridges that had been recommended by Which? Those cartridges operated OK to begin with but failed after a few weeks. I thought that I would try original Canon cartridges to make sure that there had not been a mechanical failure of my printer.”

“Delivered by speed of light ! Thank you. No problem with installation. Couple of reminders from Epson that I was about to use a rogue product but just clicked to continue and job done. Print clarity perfectly adequate for daily use. Have not printed any photos yet and can't comment on life of the cartridges yet. Overall very happy with the product and the price ! HD”
