“I have used Refresh for several years for small domestic purchases. Delivery has always been efficient and prompt. I moved house 3 years ago and received deliveries at the new address until this month when a delivery was sent to my old address. I suspect a problem with the database mailing system. Refresh sent me a replacement pack, though we hope that the occupier of my old house will return the item either to me or to Refresh. This is good service, but it is advisable to check with the company that obsolete addresses are deleted from records.”

“I totally recommend Refresh Cartridges. Their customer care is wonderful. I have an old HP890C printer for which only refilled old print cartridges are available. Having purchased a faulty one from Refresh Cartridges, they responded quickly, not once but twice, to provide a functioning cartridge. It’s likely that I will replace my old printer soon since old refilled cartridges are becoming less reliable, but I will definitely procure future printers consumables from Refresh Cartridges. Anthony, very satisfied customer from Bristol.”

“I've used 'Refresh' for my replacement printer cartridges several times now and the delivery has been terrific on each occasion. I found the quality of cartridges perfectly good for my application, which includes a few occasional photo prints, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Well done !”
