“ordered a catridge, paid for express delivery. Item wasn't delivered to our address, as you'd failed ot put the full address on the packet. So I had to go round the towns shops looking for it. Then it didn't work. So a replacement catridge was pormised. I chased it up today, and told it was delivered last week. It wasn't. It's obviously gone to the wrong address again, and I haven't time to go round the town again trying to find it.”

“I ordered a full set of cartridges. Unfortunately the black cartridge did not work. However, when I contacted customer services, my call was answered quickly, response was pleasant and helpful, and replacement of my cartridge was quick (24 hour post). It's the first time I've used Refresh so I can't comment on the reliability of the cartridges. Hopefully the bad black cartridge was an unlucky fluke and I won't have problems in future.”
