“Cheaper than most inks and fast delivery. My only concern is with the Black ink cartridge which has a yellow label attached, pre-warning an issue concerning the ink display from your printer. There is no black Ink level display on my printer, showing empty? but obviously there is ink in the cartridge. I have seen similar issues with other printers using aftermarket / refurbished cartridge replacements. There is now, no way of knowing when the black is LOW until it physically fades and stops. If you can live this this, then it's a cheaper alternative to the full priced genuine HP Inks.”

“Their customer care is brilliant. I ordered a pack of 4 toner cartridges but they didn’t arrive. A member of their customer care apologised and reordered another pack but only one arrived. Once again they chased it and the remaining toner arrived the next day so poor marks for delivery (which is out of their control) but top marks for service.”

“i HAVE ONLY HAD THE CARTRIDGES FOR 1 WEEK SO ITS A LITTLE BIT EARLY TO WRITE A MEANINGFUL REVIEW. wHAT i CAN SAY IS THAT THE SERVICE PROVIODED AND THE COST WAS 1ST CLASS. tHE QUALITY OF THE INKS LOOK GOOD BUT ONLY TIME WILL TELL HOW THEY MATCH UP WITH OTHERS”

“Slightly different to the cartridges I've had before, although they fit and work OK. It does mean that the cover off the new one doesn't fit the old one, so it's difficult to control the mess.”

“I am a returning customer who likes to order new cartridges before they are needed, so I have not yet used these cartridges ( and would far prefer to review AFTER I have fitted them ). but the fact I did return implies they are a good company to buy from. I did have a problem with one of the cartridges last time, but Refresh Cartridges behaved in exactly the way I would expect a good company to do, hence I would rate them 4.5 stars, were that possible.”
