The order came all ok but the mastic gun is cheaply made as it has already broken. I only used it once!

The product was good, but unfortunately too wide for my sash window so I could not use it as the lower window could not go passed it.

Reddiseals Ltd were quick and accurate with my order. The problem was with the product I purchased Metolux Pre-Mix in a mixer cartridge, once you stop to apply the Wood Filler anything in the nozzle goes hard within a couple of minutes making the nozzle unusable. A very disappointing result and I would not use again. I think there should have been more information about setting times in the literature.

Sorry to hear this and thank you for bringing this to our attention – this should definitely not be the case, if the cartridge was left in the sun it could have caused the hardening? All the screws supplied were bent or otherwise unusable. The items themselves were good. Delivery was quick, with lots of helpful info about when it would arrive.

I didn't quite get my purchase , because one item was missing and it was not delivered. Also one the items, which I purchased has defect , which basically decrease the quality of it and I can't really use it. Apart of these small issues the delivery time was good and the quality of the materials is not bad (except the defected item). I may purchase again, but I will be more picky next time with the delivered items and the quality.

The product Brass sash window pull rings were as expected. However the finnish of the product is poor. I have had to file down very sharp edges on the rings that would cause cuts on the fingers. It would also be very good if you emailed when the product was to arrive.. I had to collect at the PO. Distasteful people..

Just what I ordered,great kit. However,the rod between the doors for the bathroom locks is very hard steel and as such is difficult to cut to length. One to fit standard doors may be an idea. One corner of the carton was saturated, which must be down to the carriers. Staff that I dealt with when ordering were truly helpful! Update: I tried to cut the rods with two kinds of hacksaw, it is impossible -so I called Reddiseals to explain, they said they would call back. Three hours later I called back (as they did not call me) and was told the same-another six hours have passed and no call has been received. As such I have revised my review , unless you have a Shtil type saw you will not be able to cut the rods. This fact needs to be addressed by Reddiseals.

Having ordered some window stays, directly from the company, I received a phone call to say they were out of stock, but they had some slightly more expensive ones (actually over 2x the price). I said no, and then looked on eBay and found the ones I wanted, with free postage! Lo and behold, they were from Reddiseals. Thank you Readdiseals for saving me money - I ended up spending less than I was going to in the first place. Thank you also for the telephone call to tell me the original ones were unavailable - it was lovely actually talking to someone instead of just receiving a bog standard email.

I spent over £100 to get free delivery but 3m lengths of wooden beading "not in stock" and no idea when it would be, despite it still appearing on the website! So I have had to pay for delivery elsewhere, of the most difficult item to deliver. The delivery was cancelled due to "heavy traffic", in rural Cambridgeshire, and a day late. Products are fine and staff were apologetic, but mixed feelings.

Your prices and product are fine, but your delivery company is rubbish, they have not delivered any of my orders on time, lie to say they have tried to deliver even when we have been waiting for them, and re-delivery never happens unless you ring to complain, about time you got a Better delivery company reddiseals

Goods not yet received. Maybe my mistake but I put my card address in as address on online form then put delivery address (different) in special instructions. I didn't see another place to put it. Delivery was attempted last Thurs. Carrier phoned from card address and said no problem when I gave him delivery address. Goods not yet received.

Good communication during transaction. Redilock keys not very well made. I broke two keys trying to lock window after inserting barrel so will have to purchase two new keys. All else very happy with

Easy website to navigate. Wide range of products. Need to review postage to the Islands. £18 to mail to Jersey is exhorbitant. I had the package delivered to a family member in Glos and she managed to send it on for £3.25. Unless you make your postal charges realistic I don't think I will be placing regular orders.
