“The window locks are well made and very presentable. However, I am disappointed with the screws provided... Nobody uses flat-head screws these says... Get your own, or risk having to drill them out.”

“I received my order the very next day without asking for 24hr delivery, which was excellent. However the triangular Georgian Bar itself was not as expected wrt to the x-section. At a cursory look at the on-line diagram the "rear" angle appears as one might expect to be a right angle. But it is in fact considerabley smaller so that it does not fit snugly into the junction of window frame and reveal. With the benefit of hindsight, on looking closely again at the illustration, this angle does appear smaller but as other dimensions are clearly labelled one could reasonabley expect that this angle should be included. I ran all 20 lengths through a spindle moulder to correct the angle to 90. I guess there must be a good reason for this angle but I am blowed if I can fathom why.”

“Unfortunately, I am not able to give a star rating at this stage as I haven't actually received anything yet. I was disappointed that, after putting in my order, someone from Reddiseals called me the next day, to say that my order would take 6 weeks, as I wanted satin nickel window furniture, and it had to be made specially as they do not stock it. However, they are made in Birmingham, and not China, and I was willing to wait, as I feel that the nickel isn't going to tarnish the way that brass does, and it is a far warmer metal than chrome, which can look a bit cheap and tacky. So, fingers crossed, they will look as beautiful as I am imagining they will.”

“Should have just posted the items to us via Royal mail, as we were charged carriage of £18.22 + VAT £21.86 for two small packages. Not going to encourage any other orders ! George”

We are constantly striving to keep our delivery costs to remote areas competitive, so we were keen to investigate your delivery experience. After investigation we confirm that the cost to ship via our courier to The Isle Of Bute was as you stated, however, we can also confirm that you were offered options of a Royal Mail service for your delivery at £3.90 for second class and £6.55 for first class on this order.

“The products have arrived promptly. Order process straight-forward. No dramas. We haven't used the yet so we cannot comment on installation yet, One disappointment/problem.... the pulleys did not come with screws, As we ordered these pulleys in antique brass finish that leaves a problem - such screws are not easy to pick up anywhere. Odd, as catches and lifts came with antique brass screws to match!!”

“I ordered some materials and they arrived,what's all this review stuff about,it's a company doing its job.It was ok this time,but that's not to say it's going to be good next time.the terms and conditions of the review company are a bit much”
