“I had problems with the screws that were supplied with the fittings. Three of the first few screws that I used sheared off so I decided to find my own alternative screws to complete the job. I initially reported this on a review to which the customer services team at Reddiseals responded admirably and gave me a refund. So top marks to Reddiseals for the way they have acted and which is the main reason why I have reviewed my scoring to 'good'. Hopefully, Reddiseals will now test the screws and make sure the problem is resolved for future purchasers. The actual fittings are fine and do the job for the purpose that they were purchased. “Materials arrived on time which is very important. One item temporarily out of stock, but i received a phone call explaining. Not many companies do this , so i was well impressed. “I looked all over internet for a very specific seal. The only place where I found it was Readiseal. I am in The Netherlands and decided to order a 50 meter roll of that seal from Reddiseal eventhough they are abroad. It arrived in two days. Excellent speed and perfect quality. Then I found I made an error in measuring my old seal, I contacted Readiseal and they are willing to reimburse me when I send the wrong seal back even though it was my error. I immediately ordered the correct seal which is already on it's way to me Very customer friendly.company.”
