“Very quick service; I requested Royal Mail second class delivery and package was sent out for delivery within 48 hours. Let down by Royal Mail who failed to deliver despite my being in, they simply pushed card through letterbox without even using the knocker! Items (window locks and sash lifts) look good; satin nickel finish very subtle. They were very carefully packaged. My only criticism is the quality of the screws for fixing; these are poor, very soft metal which will only survive one fixing so I will have to buy spares as I do remove window furniture each time I decorate.”

“My third or fourth order, same good service as always, delivered quickly and no shortages. My only comments are that occasionally the beading has imperfections meaning the whole length can't be used and a recent purchase of wood repair did not prompt for the dual cartridge gun needed so more postal expense when it could have been included in the original order”

“this is the second time I have bought this product in a month and have been very pleased with it, the only negative side I have is that normal length allen keys are not long enough, if you look at the video which explains how you fit the bolts (which is a very good video) the bolt is screwed in with a very long allen key with a handle,im very surprised that you cant purchase this from Reddiseals. I have two sets of allen keys and none of them were long enough, and I couldn't buy a single one, but had to resort to buying a set which you will have to note cost not far off the price of the window bolts!!!!”

“Items I bought we're cheaper than anywhere else and the quality was good and we'll packaged, order was sent next day for next day delivery just a shame the delivery company failed to deliver resulting in a Friday delivery turning into Monday and having paid £8 i wasn't impressed. However happy with Reddiseals not so with Aspray24.”

“Reddiseals only get a good rating because of the high delivery charge, when you try to limit your supply companies to those you trust to deliver quality goods, as Reddiseals do, it's a bit pianful when you have to quickely order a single item and pay the penalty for this. The way forward is a pay per wieght system.”

“Good website and very helpful with phone queries. Unfortunately, the luxury sash repair kit does not come with specific instructions (they seem to relate to the standard kit?!). But in asking questions I have discovered how helpful the staff are!”
