“Item ordered turned out to be out of stock, I was contacted quickly & advised of when it was due in & told they would ring me to confirm. When they rang I was told the item would be sent out on a next day delivery at no extra charge. It was unfortunate the item was out of stock when we needed it but the way it was dealt with by staff was efficient,helpful & friendly.”

“I had problems with the screws that were supplied with the fittings. Three of the first few screws that I used sheared off so I decided to find my own alternative screws to complete the job. I initially reported this on a review to which the customer services team at Reddiseals responded admirably and gave me a refund. So top marks to Reddiseals for the way they have acted and which is the main reason why I have reviewed my scoring to 'good'. Hopefully, Reddiseals will now test the screws and make sure the problem is resolved for future purchasers. The actual fittings are fine and do the job for the purpose that they were purchased. Steve N”

“Very quick service; I requested Royal Mail second class delivery and package was sent out for delivery within 48 hours. Let down by Royal Mail who failed to deliver despite my being in, they simply pushed card through letterbox without even using the knocker! Items (window locks and sash lifts) look good; satin nickel finish very subtle. They were very carefully packaged. My only criticism is the quality of the screws for fixing; these are poor, very soft metal which will only survive one fixing so I will have to buy spares as I do remove window furniture each time I decorate.”
