“I ordered some materials and they arrived,what's all this review stuff about,it's a company doing its job.It was ok this time,but that's not to say it's going to be good next time.the terms and conditions of the review company are a bit much”

“I ordered the brass finish simplex hinge screws - recently had new sashes installed and while the fitter was able to provide new ironmongery for everything else, he was just using plain screws to hang the sashes on. These are a much more decorative alternative. In terms of ordering - no issues, and the items arrived promptly in 2nd class recorded delivery - my only (very small) gripe was the requirement for a signature for a package that cost less than £5 in total and fit through the letterbox.”
