“Very prompt delivery (next day) and the window seal is great. I ordered a larger size than the one originally fitted and it forms a perfect seal in the slightly warped hardwood frames.”

“I placed my order around 4pm on a Thursday afternoon and my items were with me by 9.15am the next day, as I had only paid for the standard delivery service I was amazed. Excellent service Reddiseals Ltd, thank you to all involved in my order shipment.”

“I have ordered online and paid for guaranteed next day delivery. I made the order on Saturday early morning. They have explained me today, which is Monday that, they do not work on Saturday and Sundays. So my delivery is arranged for Tuesday! In that case, what is the point of paying extra for guaranteed next day delivery? They need to warn people that it does not make any difference, if the order is placed at weekend! Now I can not complete my job and I am very upset!”

I’m sorry if it wasn’t clear however on our Ordering and Delivery page - https://www.reddiseals.com/ordering-and-delivery we do mention in bold ‘Order before 4:00pm Monday – Thursday for guaranteed next day delivery’. We will look into this and see if we can prevent the same happening again, thank you for bringing this to our attention.
