“Next day delivery didn't arrive because the delivery driver said he couldn't get to the house with my 12" square box - "access too small". But two double decker busses an hour stop outside, so go figure that one! If live by the M6 you should be fine, anything smaller they might decide you are too tricky. It came the following day, but I had been waiting with glass in hand for a whole day extra by then. I had paid for next day for a reason.”
