“Really moving found one surveyor for me, that didn’t even cover the area where I’m buying a house - they were in Devon not Berkshire. Disappointing waste of time.”

“I had a number of recommendations and did actually chose one of the suggested. We'll see how things go with the conveyancing!”

“Website good, quote nice and quick but no callback. No point having callback service with times if you don't call.”

“Very useful website. Suggested companies were quick to respond with a rang of quotes. Better than just enquiring with your local solicitors. I would recommend it to others and would probably use again myself in the future.”

“You get 4 fast quotes but despite what the site says you receive calls and emails from every party, wether you have chosen them or not. I didn’t choose any of the surveyors as three had 4 week waits for surveys and I needed earlier for a cash purchase. The only one available within two weeks had poor reviews (3.6 out of 5) and demanded cash payment before attempting to book any date. Avoided this one and found a more local company via Google within 10 days.”

“We chose lambert pugh as our solicitors for buying our 1st home and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Liam Wallace was selected to help us and he made the whole process a breeze & a lot less stressful than I imagine it could have been. Would highly recommend lambert pugh and Liam Wallace!”
