You get 4 fast quotes but despite what the site says you receive calls and emails from every party, wether you have chosen them or not. I didn’t choose any of the surveyors as three had 4 week waits for surveys and I needed earlier for a cash purchase. The only one available within two weeks had poor reviews (3.6 out of 5) and demanded cash payment before attempting to book any date. Avoided this one and found a more local company via Google within 10 days.
