“This is my second batch from Rave, the first I tried was the signature blend, which tasted great. Ordered and delivered within 2 days, the same with my lattest batch! However the Italian job blend was an absolute nightmare to dial in with my grinder, trying to get a good shot proved difficult at first, but I think this was just because of how fresh these beans were and the dark roast of the blend. I have now perfected the shot from this batch after letting the beans de gas for a few days so patience is key with such fresh coffee! I would definitely order again, but make sure to order your beans a week before you need them. As they taste best a few days/ week after roasting. I would definitely recommend this brand and blend! However I prefer their signature blend so may stick with that in the future.”

Ordered 1kg of whole espresso beans and the freshness was obvious straight away – great aroma as soon as the bag was opened and clearly freshly roasted. I’m running a Sage Barista Pro and these dialled in beautifully with very little effort.
Shots are pulling with a thick, golden crema and the flavour is really well balanced – smooth chocolatey notes with a nice depth, strong but not bitter. Makes a brilliant straight espresso and also holds up well in milk drinks.
You can tell Rave Coffee really know what they’re doing with their roasting. This has genuinely improved the quality of coffee I’m making at home.

“Ordered 2 Airscape containers. One Black and 1 White (250g) for my excellent coffee beans from Rave. They have a matt coated finish with non a slip rubber base. The inner is a food grade stainless steel. The inner lid removes the air with a whoosh! and locks into place. You can put your coffee label, from the coffee bag inside, then put the see-through top lid on. The lid has a tight seal too. When you first open the Airscape box you'll find a linen drawstring bag with the container inside.
Complete with instructions.
