“Very smooth coffee. What was especially useful was the booklet that came with it. I use a cafetiere and grind beans when I want a drink but I'd been brewing it using my reasoning based on the V60 I use when abroad i.e. pour hot water on and leave it for a few minutes (which also appears to be 'incorrect'). That produced a pretty awful brew so today, for my next brew of Rave coffee I followed the method in the booklet. The result was a far superior brew.

“Discovering freshly grinding single origin light roast beans was a revelation! An 'off the shelf' ground coffee or freshly brewed americano from a high street cafe now give me about as much joy as instant coffee used to. I've tried a few UK roasters and keep coming back to Rave. I'm loving the unusual rarer options with distinctive flavours.
