“Wide range of cymbals (and other products) to choose from, friendly and knowlegable staff members, Good prices on used and new cymbals; I shop there because I know i'm getting quality products at a very good price. Also, any advice I need, any questions I have, will be answered by the people who work there. Ever since I began to visit the store, I've never had an "I don't know", or any other vague answer.”

“An absolute gem of shop! Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and eager to discuss anything drum related. I was made to feel like a valued customer, not just someone who had gone in to spend money. Ken took the time to explain everything to me, so I knew exactly what I was buying. He is a very knowledgeable person, but not arrogant with it, he listened to me, and helped out immensely. Shops like this are sadly disappearing from our high streets, so it was a very pleasureable experience, and I will definitely be a returning customer in the future.”

“As part of my order wasn’t coming through as quick as they would have liked they gave me a courtesy call and she’d would I like the upgrade instead at no extra cost. Of course I accepted but just the fact they called me personally gives me the confidence to come shop here again.”
