“Very impressed, the store price matched and answered any questions I had on live chat with a fast response. Guitar came in great condition although there was some light condensation on it, possibly due to the guitar being in one box rather than a box within a box. Having said that the guitar was secure and safe within its packaging preventing any blemishes.”

“Easy to use website, with good descriptions which helped me to find the correct product. I was looking for vintage Ludwig parts and the Rattle & Drum website was the easiest to use with good prices and also the bonus of free delivery.
